Vic: Govt bungled power shortages, oppn

MELBOURNE, Feb 8 AAP - The Victorian government bungled the state's power shortages,
the opposition said today as striking power workers returned to work in the Latrobe valley.

Opposition leader Denis Napthine said South Australia managed the sudden shortage of
power late last week far better than Victoria, by giving early warnings to consumers.

"Clearly what happened last Thursday in Victoria: the random blackouts, disrupting
individuals, industry, traffic lights went out, causing enormous problems (was badly managed),"
