S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the text of the following delegated order:
AG HYDRO, LLC

1. On December 17, 2010, AG Hydro, LLC, licensee for the Applegate Dam Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 11910, filed its coordinated gage installation and data reporting plan (plan) pursuant to license article 408. The Applegate Dam Hydroelectric Project is located at the U.
S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Applegate Dam on the Applegate River near the town of Medford, Jackson County, Oregon.
BACKGROUND
2. Article 408 requires the licensee to file, within one year of license issuance, a coordinated gage installation and data reporting plan. The plan is to provide for construction of a stream flow gaging station with real-time capability that meets U.
S. Geological Survey (USGS) standards at a location approximately 300 feet downstream of the Applegate Dam. The licensee shall be responsible for the maintenance and operation of this stream flow gaging station. In addition, the licensee is to:
(1) correlate the stage discharge relationship of this stream flow gaging station with that of the existing USGS stream flow gaging station (no. 14362000) near Copper, Oregon; and install radio, telephone, or other telemetry systems to provide recording and transmission of streamflow data at 15-minute intervals to the project control room and the public via the Internet;
(2) prepare an annual monitoring report that includes streamflow data from the previous year and a description of any inconsistencies between recorded flow releases and the Corps required flows; and
(3) file the annual monitoring report with the Commission by March 1 of each license year, and provide a copy to the Corps and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and other agencies as requested.
